About the project

Our team was tasked to meticulously restore and expand this Colonial residence on Windsock Way and transform it into an extraordinary living and entertaining experience by combining timeless architecture with the finest modern amenities. Working with an award-winning team of architects, historians and designers we took the turn-of-the-century colonial Lippincott estate and brought it back to its glory while expanding it and adding a grand, brick-paved heated circular driveway, six spacious bedrooms, nine bathrooms (five full, four half), and an impressive array of entertainment and wellness features, including a two-lane bowling alley, virtual golf range, home theater, billiards and card rooms, a gym, half basketball court, and a climate-controlled wine cellar.  Two gourmet kitchens, outfitted with WoodMode cabinetry and Wolf appliances, allowed the homeowners to cater to grand gatherings or intimate meals, while the two full bars and multiple fireplaces added warmth and elegance. The centerpiece of the restored home is the addition of the breathtaking balconied ballroom, inspired by Philadelphia’s historic Carpenters’ Hall, showcasing intricate millwork and historic charm. For convenience, we installed an elevator in the home, two home offices, two patios, and an 11-zone heating and cooling system as well as a four-car garage.
